Our company works with wholesale purchasers only: dealers, retail shops and networks, individual entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
Unfortunately, we have no opportunity to service retail customers. If you are interested in purchase of goods from our catalogue by retail, you can visit our Internet shop at www.fotik.com.
Prices and availability of goods
To out constant clients we offer flexible terms and conditions of cooperation and individual pricing system maximally meeting interests and specific character of the client’s market. Individual discount will be determined at formation of the wholesale order in the process of negotiations between the manager and the client.
You can obtain instant information on prices and availability of specific goods in stock in “Goods catalogue” section. Information is updated on the everyday basis several times a day. There our registered users may leave their purchase orders, which will be processed by our manager within one working day.
Delivery
In case of orders for the amount of USD5000 or more we offer free delivery within the Moscow. Delivery will be performed to the client’s location or to the location of a Moscow forwarding company (for regional partners). In case of orders for smaller amounts a matter of delivery will be decided individually.
Self-pickup from the warehouse by means of the client or a forwarding company is possible.
If you need to send the goods by a forwarding company our managers may consult you on matters of selection of the forwarder, which will deliver your cargo to your city.
Guarantee of safety of goods
S3 Company pays high attention to protection of forwarded goods against unauthorized access. For the purposes of additional safety the goods are undergone to a special processing before shipping from our warehouse.
All cargos are collected in pickup areas equipped with video surveillance systems, thus in the most cases the company may provide a video record of collection of goods and move thereof to the client’s vehicle or to the company’s own transport.

Terms and conditions of warranty repair
For convenience of our clients S3 Company accepts cameras of all brands purchased in our company from its wholesale purchasers for further transportation thereof to authorized service centers in Moscow.
We work with our wholesale clients only. We have no opportunity to render the given service to retail purchasers.
